Rocket Lab’s next launch from Wallops is scheduled for this Saturday with a window of 6-8 p.m.
The Wallops Visitor Center will not be open for this mission.The launch, weather permitting, may be visible to those along the East Coast.
Officals say there’s a 70% chance of favorable conditions for Rocket Lab’s Electron launch. The main concern is violating the thick cloud rule, which involves a cloud layer greater than 4,500 feet thick that extends into freezing temperatures in the flight path.
