It’s Spanberger in the 7th

Democrat Abigail Spanberger is going back to Congress after beating Republican Yesli Vega with about 52% of the vote.   Spanberger won with big margins in Prince William and Fredericksburg.   She ran nearly even with Vega in Stafford, losing usually Republican Stafford 50-49%.
