James Monroe High School students Kate McDonald Yaun, Mary Muldrow, Jenny Nguuuyen and Tesher Baer are organizing a Wednesday night vigil at Hurkamp Park in downtown Fredericksburg to remember school shooting victims from 8-8:45. The students say it’s not political. They say they want actions to keep students safe.
