For the past week, much of it done in the back of the store or behind the curtain over the front windows, Bob Whittingham, Linda Silk Sviland and Tom Rainey worked to create the 2021 Christmas windows at Whittingham and The Kitchen at Whittingham at 1019 and 1021 Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg. A crowd was outside the store at 6pm Thursday night to see the windows unveiled.
