The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is aware of Fairfax County Police Department’s press release and social media posts regarding possible terrorist attacks on shopping centers or malls in Northern Virginia. While Stafford County is not included in the threat area, our deputies remain committed to protecting our residents and visitors. We will continue to collaborate with local, state and federal partners to share information.
