Remember, these are only individuals who need to be hospitalized because of #COVID19. Please note the under 65 section: 100% of them are unvaccinated. Also remember that some people have other health conditions. Some people were perfectly “healthy”. What they have in common is the need for hospitalization for COVID-19.
If you are still on the fence about getting vaccinated and the attached graphic isn’t powerful enough to convince you, maybe these statistics will: for the week ending September 18 in the Commonwealth of Virginia, unvaccinated people developed COVID-19 at a rate 15.5 times higher than that of vaccinated people, were hospitalized at a rate 12.4 times higher than vaccinated people, and died at a rate 36.7 times higher than vaccinated people.
