School Board member Kirk Twigg rejected an effort by Baron Braswell for the same 30 minute time limit used last week. When School Board member Rabih Abuismail ignored a directive to follow Roberts Rules of Order and the citizens in attendance started shouting, deputies came in and the meeting never resumed.
