The Stafford County Fire Marshal’s Office had determined the Monday afternoon structure fire in the 400 block of Potomac Hills Drive was accidental and was caused by improperly discarded smoking materials.
The damage is estimated at $400,000. 8 people and 2 dogs have been displaced due to the condition of the units.
Two townhomes sustained substantial damage and two additional townhomes sustained minor damage.
