VIDEO: Governor wants schools to start offering in-person instruction by March 15

Governor Northam says he wants schools to offer in-person learning by March 15th. He also wants schools to make summer school an option. The governor says the science is clear–COVID doesn’t spread in schools to the same extent it does in other congregate settings.
