Mary Washington Hospital welcomed the first baby of the new year in the Fredericksburg region! Baby Liam Josiah was born at 12:13 a.m. to Nickie and Josiah of Locust Grove, weighing 5 pounds 3 ounces. He is the first baby to the parents and made an early arrival, as he wasn’t expected until mid-January.
Stafford Hospital welcomed their first baby of 2021 at 8:05 a.m. this morning. Baby Rylee Sakayo weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and is the second child to parents Christina and Collin of Stafford County. She was originally due December 31.
