City Police have identified and arrested a man involved in a fatal shooting earlier this month. 18 year old Isaiah Landry has been charged with first degree murder in the shooting of 35-year old Mark Johnson. Landry is in the Rappahannock Regional Jail with no bond.
Police say Johnson was shot multipole times in the 100 block of Hickok Circle.
