King George man charged with city murder

Fredericksburg Police say a 20-year-old King George man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of another King George man last month in the City. Jordan Reed is charged in the killing of 18-year old Connall Mullins on Carriage Lane. Reed is charged with aggravated malicious wounding and and two counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony.   Another teen was also shot, but he survived.
