The Chamber’s signature program, Leadership Fredericksburg, is pleased to announce the Class of 2021 which will begin in October 2020 and conclude with a graduation ceremony in May 2021. Sessions occur at various business locations throughout the Fredericksburg region. Each session includes in-depth leadership skills development and meetings with industry and community leaders. Each Fellow is paired with a trained mentor who will support his or her progress through the program. Fellows divide into teams to tackle case studies that will hone their leadership skills.
Leadership Fredericksburg’s faculty of six is led by Dr. David Corderman with Academy Leadership Associates and Dr. J.R. Flatter with Flatter, Inc. Chamber President/CEO. Susan Spears is the program’s Executive Director and a member of the faculty, along with Jeremy Pickwell with Lifepoint Church, Janel Donohue with the Rappahannock United Way, and Kimberly Young, University of Mary Washington. Mary Washington Healthcare is serving as the program’s Title Sponsor.
