The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the pictured subject in reference to an incident which occurred at the Panaderia Emanuel Bakery Cafe located at 70 Doc Stone Road in Stafford, VA on July 8, 2020.
The subject, a white male, and his teenage son walked into the Café and provided false identification. The subject said he was a repairman with Tri State Mixer Service located at 9025 Baltimore Road Frederick, MD 21704. After the suspect inspected a commercial mixer, the café owner was advised the mixer could be repaired the next day and needed to be paid $987.00 upfront for the part. When the suspect didn’t return, the business owner called to find that the part was on back order. After a couple of days, the business owner attempted to call the suspect but received no response.
