Spotsy School Board passes budget and turf fields for Chancellor and Spotsy High

The pandemic has gutted every local government budget. The Spotsylvania School Board passed a much different budget than the one envisioned pre-coronavirus. Board members Grampp and Braswell criticized some members of the Board of Supervisors who claim to support schools but consistently demand school budget cuts.
