Thanks to the help of our very generous “Dory Donors” The Colonial Tavern is able to announce a very exciting and worthwhile community partnership today, with Micah Ecumenical Ministries. We have delivered free hot meals to 40 of the homeless Fredericksburg community members, that they help serve. This will be happening every Friday, through at least July 11th. We are also grateful for the continued support of customer orders that help keep our doors open, to even make this a possibility. If you want to help sponsor meals for Micah, a different charity, or just want to provide thank you food to your favorite: doctor’s office, group of healthcare workers, local police department, first responders or anyone in between, please send an email to: [email protected].
