King George public buildings closed until April 6

From King George County:

The current state of our community’s health and welfare has not changed. However, in an abundance of caution and to comply with the Virginia Department of Health’s COVID-19 community spread prevention guidelines, the following King George County facilities will be closed to general public access:

· The King George County Administration (Horace A. Revercomb, Jr.) Building

· The King George County Citizens Center

· The King George County General Properties Department Office

This directive will remain in effect from March 20, 2020 to April 16, 2020. The primary county departments affected by this directive will be available from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm by phone at:

· Administration: 775-9181

· Community Development: 775-7111

· Parks and Recreation 775-4386

· Emergencies: Please Call 911
