City Parks and Rec Director Jane Shelhorse was in a Caps jersey. First baseball, now hockey for the city. Big crowd for a ribbon cutting at the brand new street hockey/roller hockey rink at Dixon Park. Also on hand, Hall of Famer Rod Langway. Over 350 kids signed up a for a hockey clinic on Sunday, January 5th will be Fredericksburg Day for the Caps. More details to come.
