From the Greene County Sheriff’s Office:
On Monday 6/17/19 the Greene County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit along with patrol deputies, arrested an individual that was wanted out of Spotsylvania County. Spotsylvania County had been looking for an individual from Fredericksburg for commiting acts of terrorism.
Phillip Lee Dabney, age 56 resident of Fredericksburg, was arrested and charged with the following:
-18.2-46.5 Commit an Act of Terrorism
Mr. Dabney is currently being held without bond at Central Virginia Regional Jail.
