Among the races in the region: In the Virginia Senate, there’s a Republican primary in the 17th between Reeves and Breedon. In the House in the 28th District, it’s Thomas and Milde. There’s a Democratic primary today in the Senate in the 28th District between Rashid and Sellers. The winner faces Republican Richard Stuart. In the 88th House District it’s Foster against Evans. The winner takes on Mark Cole. Polls open until 7 tonight.
