Our name is changing from Experimac to Experimax as of June 1st, 2019. Experimac has always been dedicated to providing quality customer service and that will not change. In fact, our name is changing to reflect our continued dedication to our customers – The customer X-perience matters to us!
We have added the X to our name because we are X-perts in customer service and in making experiences with technology easier for our customers. We are X-perts in working with Apple® products and services as well as in finding the right device at the right price for our customers by helping you MaXimize Your Money. And that is what makes us different, our X-factor – the attention to detail we give every customer who visits our Experimax locations in the US and abroad.
Over time, you may notice that we are expanding the products and services we offer to better meet the needs of our customers.
