Orange man faces new charges: rape and attempted murder

Police say that Cruz Grajeda was arrested last month for assault and abduction.  Police say last week, a woman said that he violated a protective order while he was free on bond, and attacked her.  Grajeda was arrested on a number of new felony charges and is now being held without bond.
