Police say alcohol a likely factor in fatal ATV accident in Spotsy

The victims are identified as 58-year old Timothy Cook of Fredericksburg and 51 year old Michael Poole of Camarillo, California. A family member found them in the driveway of the home. Both men were pronounced dead by rescue personnel called to the scene. Family members attempted live saving measures. The Sheriff’s Office says alcohol appeared to be a factor. The accident is still under investigation.
