The owner was later located and the Sheriff’s Office returned the money. This afternoon, Sheriff Decatur went to Papa John’s to present a recognition coin to Morgan for her kind act. He commended her for setting a great example of doing the right thing when no one is watching. Great job, Morgan! “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.”
