Spotsylvania Planning Commission rejects most of solar farm proposal

(Spotsylvania)-   The Spotsylvania Planning Commission rejected two of three special use permits on a proposed solar farm in western Spotsylvania. The proposed solar farm covers about 63-hundred acres but the Planning Commission approved only a 245-acre parcel. The Board of Supervisors has the final say on the project. Supervisors are scheduled to hold a public hearing on February 5th.
