(Spotsylvania)- Spotsylvania Fire, Rescue and Emergency Management is implementing a new lettering and color scheme for command and staff vehicles. According to a Facebook posting, the changes will be phased in over several years as the department goes through the normal vehicle replacement process. They say some of these changes are intended to make it easier for the public to differentiate between fire and rescue vehicles and those of law enforcement.
