Fredericksburg, VA — The Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR) is pleased to announce it has added Orange County to its service territory. The County was previously assigned to the Greater Piedmont REALTORS® (GPR). GPR and FAAR pursued the change to better align the two associations’ jurisdiction and best serve our members. A majority of agents who live or work in Orange County are already members of FAAR, participating in Association activities and taking advantage of available services.
FAAR welcomes Orange County to its footprint and welcomes any agents who may join FAAR. Orange County joins five other jurisdictions already under the Association’s umbrella including the City of Fredericksburg, and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford, and the Town of Colonial Beach in Westmoreland County. FAAR looks forward to establishing even stronger relationships with the agents living and working in the County and forming new connections with local elected officials, businesses, and citizens.
The Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS is a trade association representing more than 1,500 Realtor members and 80 Affiliates. Serving the city of Fredericksburg and counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, and King George, FAAR also has members working in the surrounding counties of Westmoreland, Louisa, Orange, and Prince William.
