Description: Hazel Run is bringing their brand of Americana, soul, and rock-influenced acoustic music to Gari Melchers Belmont Nov. 17 to benefit Friends of the Rappahannock (FOR). Members Karen Richardson, Linda LaFave, Stephen Hu, and Stuart Whitford are multi-instrumentalists whose voices blend in harmonies reminiscent of CSNY, America, and The Wailin’ Jennys. Belmont is well-known for its excellent sound qualities, said FOR Executive Director Kathleen Harrigan. “This is a great opportunity to support FOR’s work for the river and experience these very talented artists in a special setting,” she said.
