On 08/21/2018, Deputy Pearce arrested Edgar Zavala (18) of Fredericksburg for possession of stolen property (firearm) and carrying a concealed weapon.
On 08/26/2018, Deputy Owens arrested Jeremy Makolandra (30) of no fixed address in the 9800 Courthouse Rd for motor vehicle theft and grand larceny of a phone.
On 08/27/2018, Deputy Hager arrested Michael Cole (25) of no fixed address for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and petit larceny.
Assault
On 8/23/2018, 1st Sgt. Belcher arrested John Kilkenny (37) of Spotsylvania for assault and battery in the 9500 block of Laurel Oak Dr.
On 08/23/2018, Deputy Minor arrested Jason Hamberger (35) of Spotsylvania for attempted assault on law enforcement, brandishing a firearm, reckless handling of a firearm and disorderly conduct in the area of Rosecrans Ln at Luce Ln.
On 08/26/2018, Deputy J. Carnahan arrested Bryan J. Johnson (34) of Spotsylvania for assault and strangulation in the 6600 block of Wagon Drive.
Narcotics
On 08/20/2018, Deputy Jurgens arrested Timothy Crowder (20) of Afton, VA, for possession of schedule I/II narcotic. Penny Finchum (39) of Shipman, VA was also arrested for providing false ID to law enforcement and driving suspended.
On 08/25/2018, Deputy Jurgens arrested Matthew Orndorff (31) of no fixed address for possession of schedule I/II (Heroin) and served him with an outstanding warrant for a narcotics violation.
DUI
On 08/21/2018, Deputy C. Staats arrested Holly N. Frazier (40) of Stafford for DUI (2nd within 10 years) in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and North Point Drive.
On 08/23/2018, Sergeant Payne arrested Brittany Atkins (21) of Spotsylvania for DUID after a traffic crash in the area of Spotsylvania Mall Drive and Plank Road. On 08/25/2018, Deputy Kcraget arrested Matthew Lutz (34) of Colonial Beach for DUI, driving revoked, and improper lane change.
On 08/26/2018, Deputy Lecarpentier arrested Kyle Stobbe (22) of Spotsylvania for DUI, possession of marijuana and traffic violations after a vehicle crash.
On 08/27/2018, Deputy Camp arrested Bryce Hall (22) of Spotsylvania for DUI and misdemeanor hit and run after striking mailboxes on Lafayette Blvd.

On 08/22/2018, Sr. Dep. Pearce issued a summons to Dashawn Moore-Taylor (25) of Fredericksburg for providing false ID to a Law Enforcement Officer. Dashawn was also arrested on an open probation violation warrant out of Fredericksburg.
