On 02/16/2018, Deputy Assur arrested J’haun Pendleton (24) of Spotsylvania for trespassing, assault, curse & abuse, and possession of marijuana.
On 02/17/2018, Deputy Covington arrested Tisa King (40) of Spotsylvania for Felony Domestic A&B in the 5700 block of Castlebridge Road.
On 02/19/2018, Deputy B. Moore arrested Dakota Castle (22) of Spotsylvania for Domestic A&B in the 10400 block of Running Cedar Lane.
On 02/20/2018, Deputy Hansinger arrested Jason Hill (27) of Spotsylvania for domestic assault and battery and simple assault in the 11200 block of Carriage House Ct.
On 02/21/2018, Detective DiGravio with the assistance of the Street Crimes Unit, arrested Shawn Leatch (46) of Spotsylvania for aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration in the area of the Sheetz on Lafayette Blvd.
On 02/22/2018, Deputy Puakea arrested Nelly Sanchez (39) of Spotsylvania for Domestic A&B in the 3600 block of Carolina Court.
Narcotics
On 02/16/2018, Deputy Newton issued a summons to James Berry (21) of Spotsylvania for Possession of Marijuana in the area of Stoney Creek Drive and Ballantraye Drive.
On 02/19/2018, Deputy McGinnis issued a summons to Edward Maynard Scott III (25) of Fredericksburg for possession of marijuana and defective equipment after a traffic stop on Route1 and Guinea Station Rd.
On 02/19/18 Deputy Fleming issued summons to Larry Chambers II (22) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana and Joshua Howard (23) of Spotsylvania for carrying a concealed weapon as a result of a traffic stop in the 9000 block of Breckenridge Drive.
On 02/21/2018, Deputy Griffith arrested Karl E. Butler (27) of Spotsylvania, after serving a search warrant in the 10200 block of Hyde Park Drive. Karl was charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a schedule I/II and possession of a firearm while possessing a schedule I/II.
On 02/21/2018, Deputy Munsee arrested Jonathan Wrenn (18) of Fredericksburg for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana.
On 02/22/2018, Sgt. Myrick arrested Raeleigh Armstrong (18) of Stafford for Possession of Marijuana, Drunk in Public, and Obstruction of Justice in the area of Courthouse Road and Jefferson Davis Highway.
On 02/22/2018, Deputy Young arrested Stephen Mack (41) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana and driving while suspended, as a result of a traffic stop. Stephen was also served with two open warrants from Culpeper and Spotsylvania Counties.
DUI
On 02/16/2018, Deputy Foster arrested John Kelly (46) of Spotsylvania for DUI (2nd in 5 years) in the 10800 block of Seven Oaks Court.
On 02/17/2018, Sgt. Myrick arrested Sebastian Hoodless (40) of Spotsylvania for DUI (2nd in 10 yrs) in the area of Plank Road and Andora Drive.
On 02/22/2018, Sgt. Myrick arrested Kyra Samuel (19) of Stafford for DUI and Possession of Marijuana in the area of Courthouse Road and Jefferson Davis Highway.
On 02/22/2018, Deputy Foster arrested Areana James (27) of Spotsylvania for DUI in the area of Harrison Road and Leavells Road.
Theft
On 02/16/2018, Deputy Tavarez and Deputy Moore responded to a shoplifting at Home Depot in the 5700 Block of Plank Road. Devere Sturm (19) of Dumfries was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny and Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny. Donald Tate (28) of Woodford was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny and Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny. John Obarr (27) of Dumfries was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny and providing false identification to law enforcement.
On 02/17/2018, Deputy Seabridge arrested Maria Gonzalez (26) of Fredericksburg for shoplifting from Walmart.
On 02/19/2018, Deputy Gaddis issued a summons to Jada Brown (19) of Caroline and Hannia Thomas (18) of Spotsylvania for shoplifting at Target (Cosner Corner).
On 02/21/2018, Deputy Haney arrested Alexander Pleasant (23) of Ruther Glen for Embezzlement from Piercing Pagonda.

On 02/16/2018, Deputy Corbin arrested Christopher Allen Jr (41) of Fredericksburg for public intoxication at the Knight’s Inn.
On 02/16/2018, Deputy Munsee arrested Thomas Kefauver (35) of Lancaster VA for indecent exposure at the AT&T store (Southpoint).
On 02/16/2018, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested David Hill III (31) of no fixed address, on a probation violation.
On 02/18/2018, Deputy Covington arrested Cornelius Smith (27) of Spotsylvania for an outstanding Capias in the area of Hood Drive and Jefferson Davis Highway.
On 02/20/2018, Deputy Hager arrested Justice Carter (23) of Spotsylvania on a Capias for failure to obey court order through the City of Fredericksburg.
On 02/20/2018, Deputy Hager arrested Richard Washington (28) of Spotsylvania in the 10000 block of Southpoint Parkway on a bench warrant through Prince William County for failure to appear.
