Jarrell Properties Inc. has begun construction on a single family home community in Dahlgren. This development will be the first single family home community to be developed by Jarrell
Properties Inc. in the Dahlgren Settlement Area of King George. The 122 acre development, Walnut Hill, will consist of 42 single family homes. It is located within 2 miles of the Dahlgren Naval Base Main Gate, and within 3 miles of the Governor Harry W. Nice Memorial Bridge to neighboring Maryland.
Lots are under contract to a national home builder, and are slated for new home construction Spring of 2018.
Walnut Hill home lots will be around an acre in size, and will be served by King George County Water and Sewer.
