This eight-hour course will provide an overview of the laws and regulations that govern contractor licensing in Virginia. This class is required as a pre-licensing class by the Virginia Board of Contractors. We will cover laws relating to the Board of Contractors as well as a review of the State Building Code and Underground Utilities and types of licenses and qualifications required for contractors. This class provides the necessary first step for Building, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Landscape, Paving, and other Contractors.
