The Business & Presentation Writing course will explore the differences between writing for professional purposes and writing for personal use. Business writing has expanded beyond letters to include text messages, emails, and other communication. In addition to memo, letter, and report writing, this class will cover texting and email etiquette in the business world. Participants will learn how to write effective sentences and make their writing direct and to the point.
