Theft
On 09/16/2017, Deputy M. Pearce issued a summons to Cristin M. Griffith (32) of Spotsylvania for shoplifting in the 9700 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.
Assault
On 09/21/2017, Deputy M. Pearce arrested Sophia McKinney (36) of Spotsylvania for domestic assault in the 10500 block of Rising Ridge Road.
On 09/21/2017, Deputy Assur arrested Dumitru Ioan Enciu (42) of Spotsylvania in the 2600 Block of Melissa Court for Domestic Assault and Battery.
On 09/21/2017, Deputy C. Smeal arrested Sarah Brown (38) of Stafford for domestic assault in the 4500 block of Lafayette Blvd.
Narcotics
On 09/15/2017, Deputy M. Jones arrested Jonathan Taylor (47) of Spotsylvania for Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I/II (Heroin), Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I/II (Cocaine), Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Schedule I/II (Heroin), Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Schedule I/II (Cocaine). This arrest stemmed from a traffic stop in the 3900 Block of Lafayette Blvd.
On 09/15/2017, Deputy Plunkett arrested Jacob Cossey (21) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana after responding to a domestic on Tidewater Trail.
On 09/16/2017, Deputy M. Pearce issued a summons to Floyd Sutton (23) and Ashley Winn (22) of Spotsylvania for Possession of Marijuana
On 09/16/2017, Deputy C. Lee issued a summons to Andres Rodriguez (33) of Spotsylvania for Possession of Marijuana in the area of 2200 Minnear Street.
On 09/17/2017, Deputy Schulz arrested Drew Patrick Borland (21) of Spotsylvania for Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I / II Narcotics, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Drunk in Public. Sergeant Hammond arrested Deshawn Rhamaj Suggs (20) of Fredericksburg for Possession of Schedule I / II Narcotics and Deputy Schulz obtained a charge for Obstruction. Deputy Schulz also arrested Shawn Robert Bowman (20) of Spotsylvania for Trespassing, Unlawful Entry, and Drunk in Public in the area of Clay Street and Clay Court.
On 09/18/2017, Deputy S Northrop issued summonses to Mathew Morkovsky (18) of Spotsylvania for Possession of Marijuana, under age possession of alcohol and speeding.
On 09/19/2017, Deputy Davies arrested Sheba Smith (30) of Woodbridge for possession of schedule I or II drug, possession of marijuana, and driving suspended. This incident was the result of a traffic stop in the area of 6400 block of Courthouse Rd.
On 09/212017, Deputy C. Lee issued a summons to Hannia R. Thomas (18) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Market Street.

On 9/15/2017, Deputy Goosman arrested Michael Webb (50) of Spotsylvania for drunk in public and resisting arrest in the area of Tidewater Plains.
On 09/15/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Andy Craig Meredith (47) of Spotsylvania Probation and Parole Violation.
On 09/15/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Mathew Stanley Jenkins (24) of no fixed address, on a citizen obtained misdemeanor warrant for Violation of a Protective Order.
On 09/15/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Japheth Blare Jackson (25) of Spotsylvania on a Capias out of Spotsylvania GDC.
On 09/18/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey served Samantha Kayla Dickson (21) of Spotsylvania on a citizen obtained, permitted misdemeanor warrant for Assault and Battery.
On 09/19/2017, Deputy E Brown arrested Javier Gonzales (35) of Spotsylvania for open warrants for aggravated sexual battery, animate object sex penetration by force and child cruelty.
On 09/19/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Johnny Daniel Meadows (37) of Spotsylvania on a felony warrant for Possess a Firearm while subject to a Protective Order.
On 09/19/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Julie Marie Martin (35) of no fixed address for a Probation and Parole Violation.
