Stafford, VA. The Stafford Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of Komeko Andreas Houston, age 22 of Stafford County. Houston has been charged with multiple offenses related to ongoing issues of inappropriate contact with women and underage girls.
On July 19, 2017, Houston is accused of following two underage girls around the TARGET located at 25 South Gateway Drive. Houston engaged the girls in sexually suggestive conversation before making inappropriate physical contact with them. The girls were able to get away from Houston before notifying their parents about the incident.
On August 2, 2017, Houston was involved in a similar incident at the LOWES located at 299 Banks Ford Parkway. Houston is accused of approaching a female employee of the business and engaging her in conversation. The conversation which had sexual overtones made the female extremely uncomfortable. Houston is accused of walking up behind the female three separate times and rubbing his genital area against her back side. The victim advised the investigating deputy that she was frozen in fear. Houston eventually left the store at which time the victim notified a co-worker about the incident.
Houston is also suspected to be involved in other similar incidents at the Walmart located at 11 Village Parkway. In each case Houston approached young women or underage girls. Houston gets awkwardly close to the females and engages them in uncomfortable and sexually suggestive conversation.
Houston has been charged with two counts of Assault and Battery related to the July 19th incident. He has been charged with one count of Assault and Battery and one count of Sexual Battery related to the August 2nd incident. Houston is currently being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on the most recent charges.
