Larceny – Theft from Building:
2300 block Cowan Boulevard, 5/8, 8:45 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person
stole a red-and-black Mongoose bicycle and a gray mountain bicycle with the number “142” on
the back tire that were left secured outside of her apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny – Theft from Vehicle:
Dollar Tree, 3061 Plank Road, 5/8, 9:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person stole her
wallet from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100 block Hillcrest Drive, 5/8, 4:15 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole
approximately $3.00 from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Arrests:
Robert L. Fautleroy, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of trespassing.
Ginger N. Apollo, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a felony charge of possession of a
controlled substance.
Christopher J. Branson, 43, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a Caroline County capias.
Christina L. Lewis Graves, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of destruction of
property
