FREDERICKSBURG – Route 360 on the Downing Bridge in the Tappahannock area will be reduced to a single lane overnight next week for a bridge inspection.
Motorists can expect lane closures at the following times, weather permitting:
Sunday, April 30 – Thursday, May 4
Single lane closure nightly from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Additionally, a single lane of Route 360 westbound will be closed from midnight to 5 a.m. Friday, May 5.
No lane closures are scheduled on Downing Bridge for Thursday, April 27 through Saturday, April 29.
The Downing Bridge crosses the Rappahannock River between Richmond and Essex counties.
