The Caroline Street water main replacement project has resumed.
Contractor WC Spratt began excavation and installation on January 31, 2017.
Work is scheduled in the 600 and 500 blocks of Caroline Street for approximately eight weeks, weather permitting, Assistant Director of Public Works Utilities Marty Schlesinger said.
