An Evening of Italian Composers and Arias

The Fredericksburg-Este Association presents the Mid-Atlantic Wind Symphony will perform An Evening of Italian Composers and Arias, conducted by Aaron Noë. The program will feature Fredericksburg soprano Toni Maxine, works by Verdi, Puccini and Bellini, and music by local composers.

Patawomeck Living History Village

Travel back in time to the year 1608, as local Patawomeck tribe members transform the library grounds into their village as it was when when Captain John Smith sailed up the Rappahannock.

Rumble at the River

Come listen to the ‘Rumble’ as Vets on bikes roll in throughout the day. The event will feature veteran support organizations, live music, food from local vendors, beer by Spencer Devon Brewing, fitness and team sports sponsored by Team Red, White, and Blue, and other activities. Sponsors include Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Fredericksburg, the Izaak Walton League Fredericksburg-Rappahannock Chapter, and River Rock Outfitter.

Gingerbread House Construction Workshops

6th Annual Fredericksburg Zombie Walk

Leaving from Hurkamp Park, 500 William St., Fredericksburg.
A zombie walk is what happens when a group of people dress up like zombies, meet someplace, and then lurch, shuffle and basically go for a walk together making zombie sounding noises. The Annual Fredericksburg Zombie Walk, benefiting local charities, will be held at Hurkamp Park, 500 William St., Fredericksburg, Va. Please bring nonperishable food items, a household cleaning product, or a monetary donation.
Caledon Art and Wine Festival

Get a jump on holiday shopping. Taste wine from local wineries. A commemorative wine glass is included with the price of tasting. Great food will also be for sale. The picnic shelter, gift shop and visitor center will be open, and hay wagon rides will be available for the kids. Admission for wine-tasting is $15 per person (21 and older – everyone must have ID to taste). The festival is free for non-tasting guests, but a $5/vehicle parking fee applies to all.
