The series will feature objects from the museum’s collection on display within the brewery at 3300 Dill Smith Dr. in Fredericksburg. Opening programs will be held from 5 – 8 p.m. as follows:
September 15: Rappahannock River; the origin of Fredericksburg
October 13: Transportation Transformation; the development of Interstate-95, Route 1, and Fredericksburg as a commuter-town.
November 10: Farm to Bar; cultivation and science behind your favorite brews
December 8: Industry in Fredericksburg; a then-and-now look at industrial Fredericksburg.
The events are free and open to the public. Food and beverages are available for sale. Museum members receive special discounts. Donations to the Fredericksburg Area Museum & Cultural Center are welcomed and appreciated.
