The America’s Main Streets contest is presented by STIHL Inc., a manufacturer of outdoor power equipment, and FCA US, LLC, a company that connects business owners with a network of commercial vehicle dealers specially equipped to work with small businesses.
The winning Main Street will receive $25,000 in cash and related prizes to help revitalize that Main Street. “Imagine all the great things we can do with $25,000,” said Ann Glave, Fredericksburg VA Main Street, Inc. executive director.
The first round voting ends at midnight on Sunday, April 24, 2014. You can vote online once-a-day everyday at Fredericksburg VA Main Street.
Semifinalist voting runs May 2 – 29. The winner will be announced on June 3.
