Ephesus Marble and Granite has renewed its lease of 8,167 square feet in Fredericksburg Center B Building at 11900 Main St., Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson, CCIM, handled the lease negotiations.
Taj Construction and Millwork has leased 4,500 square feet at 497 Lendall Lane, Stafford County. Virgil Nelson, CCIM, handled the lease negotiations.
Balfour Beatty has leased 3,751 square feet in The Washington Building at 100 Riverside Pkwy., Stafford County. Virgil Nelson, CCIM, handled the lease negotiations.
RYA Medical USA has leased 3,000 square feet in Deep Run at 11901 Bowman Dr., Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson, CCIM, and Wilson H. Greenlaw, Jr., CCIM, handled the lease negotiations.
Q Integrated Companies has renewed its lease of 1,755 square feet in the Salem Fields Office Building 2 at 7119 Salem Fields Blvd., Spotsylvania County. Jamie A. Scully, CCIM, and Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations.
Asefi Capital, LLC has leased 1,374 square feet at 2300 Fall Hill Ave., Fredericksburg. Wilson H. Greenlaw, Jr., CCIM, handled the lease negotiations.
