SimVentions Opens Stafford Corporate Headquarters
SimVentions, a government contractor working mainly in the defense, intelligence and national security arenas, opened their new corporate headquarters in Stafford County. The new office is located at 100 Riverside Parkway. The systems engineering, software development, and modeling and simulation company has more than 250 employees, and plans to expand in the next two years.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by the College Heights Building Association for the commercial management of the College Heights Professional Building, a 12,000 square foot medical office building located along the Route 1 corridor near the Mary Washington Hospital campus. The portfolio manager is Kristy Faulk, CMCA, AMS, of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg office. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer manages over 20 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in Virginia and South Carolina, and over 6,100 multifamily units.
107 Olde Greenwich Office Condominium Sold
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of an office condominium located at 107 Olde Greenwich in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Roka Properties, LLC purchased the 4,025 square foot condo unit from Degen-Gallahan, LLC for $625,000 as an investment. Mike Degen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
