It’s been quite a year for FoodE, one of Fredericksburg’s favorite restaurants. Executive Chef Joy Crump was a contestant on “Top Chef.” She and FoodE co-owner Beth Black won the Virginia Culinary Challenge and the Fredericksburg Sandwich Invitational. Now they’re preparing to open a second restaurant — Merchantile.
Have you ever wondered when Joy and Beth first became interested in food and cooking?
Do you know how FoodE came to be?
Would you like to hear what it’s like be a contestant on “Top Chef”?
Are you interested in the plans for their new breakfast and brunch restaurant?
Listen to “Town Talk” from 8 to 9 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2015. As interim host of the show on WFVA 1230AM, I’ll be asking these questions and more. You can tune your radio to 1230 on the AM dial or listen on your computer or mobile device at WFVA Live Streaming.
Join us! It’s going to be a lot of fun.
