Participate in the making of a ‘FXBG Happy’ video

Fredericksburg First Friday
6 – 9 p.m. at some 30 downtown galleries, restaurants and businesses.  This month features the 6 – 9 p.m. tenth anniversary reception at Brush Strokes Gallery, 824 Caroline St., and the 7 – 10 p.m. grand new location opening reception at Skin+Touch Therapy at 714 Caroline St.

Easter Bunny Breakfast
9:30 – 10:45 a.m. at Dorothy Hart Community Center, 408 Canal St.
Pre-registration recommended.

Eighth Annual Fredericksburg Spring Arts and Crafts Faire
10 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, 2371 Carl D. Silver Pwky.
$8 at the door, $7 online, $7 Seniors 60+, Children 12 and under free.

Fredericksburg Jaycees Easter Egg Hunt
11:30 a.m. at Kenmore Park, located on the corner of Kenmore Avenue and Mary Ball Street.
Children in third grade and younger.  Bring a basket to collect your eggs. Free.

Second Annual Dog Easter Egg Hunt
1:30 p.m. at Kenmore Park, located on the corner of Kenmore Avenue and Mary Ball Street.
$5 for up to two dogs. Preregistration requested.
Sunday, April 6, 2014
Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont Spring Open House
10 a.m. – 5 p.m.  at 224 Washington St., Falmouth
The free admission day includes a special illustrated presentation at 2 p.m.   “Hold onto Your Hat” will provide an overview of the history and the function of hats, presented by staff of the Valentine Richmond History Center.
