– Thurman Brisben Center Adult Care Home Food Service, 471 Central Rd. – 4 critical, 7 non-critical violations.

– Baba Ganoush Mediterranean Grill, 1115 Jefferson Davis Hwy. – 2 critical, 1 non-critical violations.

– James Monroe High School Mobile Food Service, 2300 Washington Ave. – 0 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

– Sam’s Pizza Inc., 326 Jefferson Davis Hwy. – 2 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

– Snowden at Fredericksburg, Hospital Food Service, 1200 Sam Perry Blvd. – 0 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

– James Monroe High School Cafeteria, 2300 Washington Ave. – 0 critical, 1 non-critical violations.

– Kumo Sushi Hibachi, 1251 Jefferson Davis Hwy. – 0 critical, 1 non-critical violations.

– Walker Grant Middle School Cafeteria, 1 Learning Lane – 1 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

– Fortune Gourmet, 923 Caroline St. – 0 critical, 2 non-critical violations.

“Deficiencies are typically classified as either critical, posing a direct or immediate threat to the safety of the food being served, or non-critical, representing a failure of cleaning or maintenance,” RAHD said. “Ideally, an operation would have no critical violations, or none which are not corrected immediately and not repeated. In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations.”
