Fredericksburg City crime report, May 20

The following crimes were reported to the Fredericksburg Police Department from May 15-20.

  • Larceny – Theft from a Building: Visitor Center, 706 Caroline Street, 5/15, A person reported she left her phone unattended and it was stolen. Staples, 2003 Plank Road, 5/15, A person reported he left his wallet unattended and it was stolen. Cracker Barrel, 1971 Carl D. Silver Parkway, 5/19, A person reported she left her wallet unattended and it was stolen.
  • Aggravated Assault: Super Tobacco and Vape, 539 Emancipation Highway, 5/18, An employee reported a customer physically assaulted him. EMS transported the victim to a nearby hospital for minor injuries. The suspect is described as a black male in his thirties, approximately 5’5”, with long dreads and facial hair.
